Wish List

Many of the young people who come to Youth Services are not in possession of basic items such as underwear or warm clothing. ShelterKids also wishes to be able to give these teens a special gift for holidays and birthdays. Below is a list of consistently desired items.

• New, or gently used teen clothes, especially plain t-shirts
• Teen pajamas, socks and underwear
• Personal hygiene items
• Twin quilts
• School supplies
• Gift certificates for clothing and activities
• Bath items
• Shoes
• Craft items
• Gift items appropriate for teens
• Event tickets for arts, entertainment or sports activities
• DVDs rated PG
• Portable music players
• Wallets, belts, watches
• Books, magazines, and journals

Donations are received during normal business hours at the Salt Lake County Youth Services Building at 177 W Price Avenue (3610 South) in South Salt Lake.
